Repair of equipment
All equipment offered by Global Fashion is provided with a guarantee. Warranty service is the troubleshooting of goods arising from the fault of the manufacturer, subject to the operating rules established by the manufacturer. Non-repaired equipment is replaced with a new one. If a defect is discovered due to improper operation of the equipment, the expense associated with the repair is borne by the buyer.

 
Warranty repair is not carried out in the following cases:

- if the product was not used for its intended purpose specified in the instructions;

- if there has been an independent opening and an attempt to repair the product by the buyer outside the authorized service center;

- if the malfunction arose as a result of careless operation, improper transportation or storage, severe pollution, both outside and inside the product;

- if the product has visible mechanical damage;

- if a malfunction has arisen due to a mismatch of the power supply parameters with the required voltage;

- in case of breakdowns resulting from overload.

 
To repair faulty equipment, you must bring it to one of the Global Fashion stores at:

- Center, st. Metropolitan Varlaam 63.

- Minters, st. Mircea cel Batryn 6.

 Delivery of equipment for warranty repairs from other cities is carried out by mail at the expense of the buyer.

 
* The basis for warranty service is a warranty card, cashier's check or invoice issued upon purchase of goods and certified with a company seal.

* If the warranty has ended, or the warranty does not cover damage, the cost of repair is paid by the buyer.

* Warranty period varies depending on the type of equipment and a particular manufacturer. For Global Fashion equipment, the warranty period is 3 months, for the rest of equipment 1 month from the manufacturer.

* Global Fashion guarantees you that any repair of equipment will be completed in no more than 14 days, except when the delay in repair was for other reasons beyond the control of the service center.

* Troubleshooting (diagnostics) of the goods provides for a separate fee. In cases when the master could not repair the goods, but only determined the cause of the defect, an additional amount of 50 lei is paid.

* Global Fashion also accepts for repairs equipment purchased not in our stores, at the expense of the buyer.

* In order to avoid misunderstandings when buying any product, ask the seller to check the serviceability and completeness of the goods in your presence
